Last summer, had a bat…they came out, looked briefly in our garage, and said it probably just flew in a door; didn’t get on the roof, didn’t come inside, was here for about five minutes. Guess what…the bat came back. I called another specialist, he came inside, got on the roof, and fixed the problem. I would not recommend these guys personally. I felt like it was a waste of money–showed no real interest in helping me fix my problem.

These guys are great. They are professional and very knowledgeable of critter removal. In my case, I had bats in the house. Robert was super.

I would highly recommend this business. They have good customer service and responded to me very promptly. I was looking at installing bat escape valves in my home, and they gave me an honest assessment as to whether the valves were truly needed. Robert is great and is very knowledgeable.

The receptionist, Cacynna, was always so pleasant and knowledgeable. She made my day every time I talked to her because she was truly that sweet. My technician was also very friendly! I would definitely recommend this company!

Do not waste your time calling this company. We had an emergency on Christmas. I had to call 3 times from 9am -5pm before being told they wouldn’t help. All three customer service representatives I talked with were extremely rude.

Customer service was fantastic! Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Robert was fantastic to work with for an estimate and provided in detail what services they would provide. Highly recommend.

It’s incredibly creepy listening to bats crawling around in your attic. And frustrating if you’re old enough to not want to get up on the roof and try to resolve the problem yourself. Anyway, these guys are the best. They don’t give up. And sometimes those bats can be a bit sneaky. I highly recommend these folks. They solved the problem. Very friendly, very professional. And Cassina (sp?) the receptionist is truly a joy to talk to.

Receptionist was incredibly pleasant & knowledgeable of process, she gave much more detail than you generally get from an intro call. Robert was great to work with as well on our house.
