I worked with Omega for over a year and loved my technician Josh. The problem was the incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude from Matt, the owner. Apart from a lot of miscommunication, he was always condescending! The final straw came when Josh was on vacation last month and l wasn’t notified in a timely manner. With my very busy schedule, this is important. I was told that a substitute technician would be coming out in place of Josh. When l called the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm, Matt said nobody was coming out. I explained that l should have been given adequate notice and he began yelling at me. In his words, “ We aren’t coming into the City just to accommodate you!” That was the last straw for me! AND NO I DO NOT WORK FROM HOME , ONLY ON TUESDAYS, WHICH MATT IS FULLY AWARE OF! AND NO, OMEGA NEVER REACHED OUT TO ME TO PICK UP THE BAIT STATIONS, I HAD TO CALL HIM! VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW PROVIDER!

Our technician, Joshua H, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He came to inspect our apartment for a rodent problem and did a great job explaining entry points/ setting up traps! Highly recommend this company!

Will showed up on time, solved our cockroach and and problem literally overnight. He took the time answer all questions, and is very knowledgeable. We are on a service contract now, and he continues to show up on time with a smile. Thanks Will / Omega!
