Superior service, knowledge and equipment — and a fantastic team!! We had an emergency: a raccoon ripped a large hole in our roof during the night and a rainstorm was approaching. A friend recommended Eric – I called and he and his crew arrived within hours to set up a trap and tarp the roof before the rain. Raccoon was trapped the following night and Identified as a nursing female. Eric knew there must be babies somewhere and brought in a FLIR camera to identify their location — which was in a different ceiling. We had to cut just a small hole to extract them. Problem resolved in less than 24 hours and I honestly don’t know what would have happened if we had called someone else. Simply the best!!!!

Eric and his team were incredible. We had a racoon set up in our gable style attic that was causing havoc. The team was extremely thorough and explained the process from start to finish. There was a lot more that goes into capturing an animal than we realized. They were here daily since the trap was installed and responded right away once she was captured. We wouldnt recommend anyone else to get the job done.

This was the second year in a row that we used Gray Brothers’ services for some spring rascals. Last year we had a family of 8(!) groundhogs who had taken up residence underneath our shed. This year a bird got caught in our walls that we originally thought might be a squirrel. In both cases, they and their techs were extremely thorough, and even came back a second time for the bird, after having already thought they’d released it. (More than one bird!). I’m hoping I’ll never have to use their services again (lol), but if I need to, I know exactly who I’m going with. Great team, great customer service. Much appreciated!

If I could give it 0 stars I would!! This agency has the worse customer service EVER!! I called for services and was requested to provided my information so someone can get back to me. I was informed I’ll get an email with a day and time for an inspector to come out. Days went by, I never got an email or phone call. I then called back to follow up about a week later. The girl who answers the phone is VERYYY Rude to say the least! She stated that someone came to my house and looked around about a week prior and they will be calling me soon. When I asked details regarding the lack of communication she didn’t not provide me any information and continued to be rude stating I should call back at another time because she isn’t sure about my questions and that it’s “to early”. She blatantly made it appear as if I was bothering her. There was no compassion, no concern or anything to help. I recommend going elsewhere for services.

These guys really are experts. We struggled for years with flying squirrels invading our walls and were unable to get rid of them until we called Gray Brothers. They evicted the squirrels swiftly and humanely, identified and closed off all their entry points (the key point that really takes an expert), and that was that. It’s been a couple years now and the problem has never come back. I still can’t believe it really worked. We are so grateful.

Terrific service – I called them Sunday morning at 8:00 am because there was a squirrel trapped in my chimney. They happened to have a tech in my area and without exaggeration the Batmobile was in my driveway by 8:30. By 8:50 the squirrel was humanely trapped and removed. There is an understandable premium price for emergency service but I couldn’t ask for a more efficient, friendly or professional service.

The people were nice enough which is why it is a three star rating instead of a one. I’m sure they are great at removing animals from houses, in my case I paid them to attempt to remove a groundhog from my yard. They set up traps apparently set up with specific groundhog bait that I watched the groundhog ignore repeatedly. When asked about this they claim the groundhog could have been ‘trap savvy’ so perhaps I was simply unlucky. Either way it never feels great to pay for a service that doesn’t lead to anything.
