What a fantastic company! From the office staff to the hard workers. I can’t thank them enough for coming to my need so quickly. I had a pine squirrel in my half bathroom. What made it worse, I couldn’t get to my medicine. They came out so quickly so I wouldn’t be without my medicine.

Recently had Animal Management Systems update and pest-proof my home’s crawl space. Their team was punctual and professional but also incredibly thorough in their work. They went above and beyond to ensure that every opening was sealed off from any potential pest intrusions. The materials used were top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident in the neat finish. The crawl space now feels like a fortified barrier against pests, giving me peace of mind. The company itself was easy to work with and were very quick to answer my calls and send someone out to help. Cory specifically was 10/10, five stars, two thumbs up! He answered all my questions and made me feel like he really cared about helping me get the raccoon out of my attic. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had Corey come out for an estimate to remove bats in our attic. There were several places where the bats could enter and he explained the process during a free inspection, recommended the remediation, cleaned out the attic, replaced all the insulation including under the plywood boards in the attic, and sealed it up. His crew was extremely polite and conscientious, completing all the attic and insulation work in a single day. We were very confident that he did what was needed and completed it professionally. All other estimates were for partial jobs. AMS could do it all, whether outside, on the roof, in the highest parts of the attic, or along the rock. It was all completed within two weeks of our initial visit, in September 2023.

Excellent service from John. He happened to be in the area and was able to provide a very reasonable quote and started the job that day. Very happy with his finished job and most importantly, not having critters in my house anymore.

I heard something make a barking sound above my master bedroom where the attic is. The next morning I Google “critter control”. The first 4 places I called were all just services that brokered out services. I preferred someone local and finally made my way to Cory and his team. He has someone at my house in a couple of hours. They set traps to catch the raccoons who had put a hole in my house. They repaired the damage and made sure the nothing was able to get in. I felt like they were reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We had issues with raccoons in a family members attic a year ago. The damage was quite extensive from what this company said and the raccoons were still up there. Animal Management completed an inspection and quoted us much lower than competitors- there was a reason for that. After the removal and repair of the duct work was done we had to have them come back again because we continued to have issues with heat flow. This year when we went to use the heat again- there were the same problems. We had someone come out and look at the furnace (brand new, installed this year) as well as look in the attic. The duct work is still not repaired correctly despite everything. As much as I’d like to give this company as good review, we paid multiple thousands of dollars mainly for duct repair to ensure heat got into the house correctly and that just didn’t happen.

If you want to get the job done look no further! CALL ANIMAL MANAGEMENT and speak to Kraig… Had a big name competitor out for almost 3 months to handle the “critter” issue. Paid them a small fortune for nothing…left with patchwork of webbing and flashing…more holes and critters still gnawing. Called Animal Management- Kraig came out set a trap and in 4 1/2 hrs same day critter was caught and gone the next day!! THAT’S SERVICE!! Professional and thourough! He even left a one way trap to get her babies out. KIND AND THOUGHTFUL! He is really knowledgeable about all critters! Seriously, save yourself time and money!! CALL KRAIG, ANIMAL MANAGEMENT!! ITS A DONE DEAL! Extremely satisfied!!
