Allie is the most professional and nice man ever. Cannot recommend enough this business. Super punctual and responsible! His services and products for rats, bedbugs and fleas were incredibly effective and also very quick. Lifesaver!

I had no idea what to do about a tiny mouse in the tiny Soho apartment that my girlfriend was freaking out over. I called at 9am and he was there at 11am. Full service, professional, guaranteed and said call back if any problem and I will take care of it. Highly recommend. The price is right.

Amazing service! Cannot recommend highly enough. I had a major roach problem in my apartment – I used to dread even entering my kitchen at night due to how bad it was. As of now, however, it’s been about five weeks since my place was treated and I can’t even remember the last time I’ve seen a single roach. It’s night and day. The business is very responsive, courteous, professional, affordable, and above all, effective. Definitely use them if you have a pest problem!

I had a situation at home where I left the window open and something came in. At first I thought it was my cat but it wasn’t. I was super scared and nervous and it was so early in the morning. I called 2 places that advertised as 24hrs and All-City Exterminators were the only ones that called me back. Initially they said they’ll get there like 10am but they called me back saying they can do it earlier (thank goodness) and Allie came instead at 7:30am. Allie is a savor, not only was he able to take care of my problem but he was super professional and most importantly determined to get this job done. I paid $400, gave him $50 tip bc he did what I could have never done. 10/10 would hire again but pray never too.

These guys are the TOPS. My cat chased a rat into my bedroom at 3am. I must have called every so-called “24 hr” exterminator in NYC, and Ali and his team were the only ones who really had a team available, and were even there 10 minutes after the call. 5 minutes later, no more rat. Thank you All-City! Total life savers and good guys.

Allie and Fred were great – they have helped with both a mouse situation as well as water bugs. It was really easy and convenient, they were really nice and solved my pest / rodent problem!!! Highly recommend.
