I did not receive my final report from the service tech and pictures he took underneath my house. I called twice and was promised they would have the tech to send information. I hate when ppl promised something and don’t live up to their promise.

My only issue with the re treatment process was my garden. The person doing the job uprooted one of my rose bushes and trampled a marigold plant. Hopefully I won’t loose them.

My problem is with the billing department. On April 15th, I received a call that I would be referred to a collection agency for an overdue balance. I received my first bill one week earlier and mailed my payment the same week. When I called the office, I was told I was delinquent on a payment due in February. I guess they billed February’s balance in March and mailed the bill in April, so they could now tell me I’m somehow 60 days overdue? That’s nonsense. I’ll be canceling my account as soon as my contract expires.

I’ve been with J and J for a few years and I’m very satisfied with the service. Jamal was great! He did a very thorough job checking the interior and exterior of the home and any questions I had he answered. Definitely felt like we were in good hands. Thanks J and J for the excellent service!!

Our annual termite inspection today was very, very thorough. In addition, our inspector, a Mr Alvaro Gonzalez, was excellent! He took the time to explain and educate us on what to look out for. Highly recommend!
