We loved our first visit with All American Pest Control! We have always tried a wait and see approach with bugs and never tried pest control. I’ve heard incredible reviews and all our friends use them. Wow were they excellent- from the intake phone call, all the way to customer service with James. He did a phenomenal job, and I could tell he loves his job, too! He took our concerns very seriously. We haven’t had any spiders since he came! It’s so affordable as well! We look forward to the next visit and can’t recommend them enough!

I’m writing this review because we have used All-American Pest Control for several years, and they have always done a good job. Further, the one time the job was not well done they responded and corrected their error with grace and professionalism. To make a long story short, in October 2023 a technician came, stayed for about fifteen minutes, stained my baseboards and left spider webs and wasp nets untreated. When I called them back, I talked to several people who did not want to recognize the error. However, I was so lucky that after a few calls Anna took charge, and she was kind, gracious and understanding. They offered to come back at no cost at the time of my convenience to do the job right. Their technician Tyree came this spring: he answered all my questions and explained the job he would do. He took his time and treated the entire house (indoors and outdoors) for ants, spiders and wasps. He took down wasp nests, sprayed their products and cleaned up afterwards. I am giving five stars to All-American Pest Control because they recognized that their prior service was less than ideal and came back to my house with a complimentary service, took the time to explain the scope of their service, and did an overall awesome job. I am thankful to Anna and Tyree. My family is still a customer of All-American Pest Control because of them.

I’m use All American Pest Control few years. Every time after use their service I’m not see sugar ants until next year. This year ants come back next day. After call to support, they recommend wait week or so. But almost 2 weeks later I have more ants.

We had our initial visit with Ken. He let us know about 30 minutes before our appointment that he was on the way. He explained all the details of the service and patiently answered all of our questions. The thoroughness of this visit is very impressive.

Started out great. Unfortunately, the service turned into crap, technicians not showing up, not leaving paperwork on door or in lawn if they did, bugs covering front porch even after treatment, no timely availability of support, not coming for routine service, having to call and beg for service etc etc. It’s hard to find good pest control and this isn’t the one.

I have been an All American customer for 11 years and use both their termite and bug spray services. They are always professional, friendly, on time and do a great job!! Have never had any pesky critters!
