Thank you for sending your service technician, Danny, out to our house. He took the time to talk with us about our ongoing problem with ants. It’s been 3 months since the first treatment and we are now ant-free. So nice to open a box of cereal without the ants!!

Very unprofessional, rude customer service especially the front desk employees. They try to sell and convince you to buy expensive packages instead of taking a good care of your pest situation at home. They have kids as technicians showing up at your door with a spray bottle instead of a hose and have absolutely no idea how to get the job done. They don’t show up with company trucks having all equipments necessary for the job, instead they show up with smaller cars that look like personal cars to me and claimed they couldn’t carry bigger hose on it to be able to reach around the house. It’s been three months having them coming and going and still have not been able to get the outside ants under control. I asked to speak to the owner to better address my issues but the front desk employees tell me each time that their boss left early for the day.Better hire a company that has a good reputation and does a good job and especially great customer service.
