Absolutely amazing!!! All of the carpenter ants were killed on the first round! All we had to do was a follow up! She is so very friendly and personal! Such an amazing lady! Highly recommend!!!

I have worked for Carra’s Pest and Termite for a little over four years. I am posting on her behalf and the companies in regards to Colton Carroways negative review. When he moved in 3 months ago not 4 or 5 months ago as he states there was not a major issue with roaches we have spayed it numerous times and each time we haven’t seen any roaches live or dead. He has threatened Carra, called her a b!!!! and also talked down/ called our secretary a moron and useless which is not true at all. He has also cussed me as well. He is so unhappy with us and his living conditions but still has the audacity to call us and ask a favor to use an air compressor for a flat tire.There is no pleasing Colton Carroway.

I am writing this regarding Colton Carroways negative comments towards my friend and employer Carra’s Pest and Termite. I’ve known Carra over 20 years as she professionally provided pest control for my house. As my employer, she has always demonstrated compassion and kindness towards her tenants. As well as, her competence and professionalism in the pest control industry are exhibited everyday. Colton has used vulgar and offensive language towards her and her staff on numerous occasions. He refused her services several times, even though he was to be scheduled on a weekly basis. She has offered him the opportunity to break his lease. And to clarify, He has been a tenant since May 26, 2023…3 months.

I cannot express to you how much I would avoid using this business, and definitely DO NOT rent from her. I’ve been in a house from her for four months now, still have a serious roach problem. Just spoke with some neighbors who also rent from her today, who also had the same issue and eventually started to refuse her service to spray and do it themselves. It wasn’t until they started using other products that their roach problem went away. I have never had a bug problem in my life, and now thanks to Cara, all the furniture I moved into this house probably has roach eggs living in it. I am beyond disgusted and furious at this point. Stay away from this business and DO NOT rent from her, I cannot stress that enough. The lady in the front office is useless as well. If she can’t get bugs out of the houses SHE RENTS TO PEOPLE, I don’t see how she gets them out of any other homes.

Never rent from this her. she will keep your security deposit for things she already knew was wrong and broken. $650 for an broken shower rod that was broke when we moved in and paint in the living room that we were told not to worry about when we moved in because she was going to repaint when we moved out.
