Update: just called again on 7/19/2024 for an update to make sure all was good and of course no it wasn’t. The lady doesn’t see that we need our refund. I can’t believe the run around we are being given. Do not use rocket pest control. And also for the owners reply that they’ll have an appropriate manager cal us- nobody ever called! Go figure!! They owe us over $300. They’ve been charging our card since October 2023 for services that are ONLY supposed to be charged for in April, May and June. Last week my husband was told they would give us our money back because they saw they did in fact charge us when they weren’t supposed to. Now I’m on the phone with them because they only refunded me $30.45 and they’re telling me they owe us nothing else and all this other nonsense.

Nice people. The techs that come to the house are extremely polite. This last appointment was a disappointment. They started at 5 stars, this time they didn’t follow up when my appointment was due, I had to call to get it scheduled. Usually not a big deal; however past history they always called first. When the tech came, he was extremely nice; however I asked him to start outside the house and he told me, no I start inside. Who pays the bill? Then after he left I discovered he didn’t replace the glue traps in the garage, which makes me wonder what else he skipped. Probably nothing, but I’m not sure. One trip and they went from 5 stars to 2.

Damian the tech is always on time and spends time with me going over treatments being applied and spends as much time as needed to answer all questions. Plus whenever I ask for a re-apply they do it immediately. Love their service and great quality when it comes to treating my hard
