We’ve used Terminix for a very very long time but I recently cancelled their services because the technician was not doing what he was supposed to be doing (& claiming was done). I also requested a refund for this last visit ($151), which was denied because they “completed the service”, which they actually did not since they didn’t do what they were supposed to do & claim to have done. Very disappointing. I’m now using Wayne’s Pest Control. Update : After Terminix’s reply to my review I called the number as requested & they offered no further help or refund.

Eric was a Godsend! We have had an ‘unalive’ critter somewhere in the office for two days!!! We are running out of perfume and candles! While Eric was only here to do our monthly maintenance, he was asked to do the most icky of things and find it. What a trooper! Found it immediately and disposed of it. OUR HERO!!! Thank you so much, from all of us here at Climate Control!

Terminix says they spray and they don’t! They charge anyway! You ask them not to come on days you are working and your pets are loose. Would never trust Terminix again!

The price to switch to the dual protection plan and the annual renewal rate was almost exactly what 2 other local companies gave us for either the liquid treatment or the bait, but not both, so we decided to let Terminix switch us to the new dual system for better protection at a reasonable cost. The servicemen that installed the bait stations and treated around my house did a great job. They worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional, they called the day before to remind me if my appointment and called when they were on the way. They explained exactly what they were going to do and communicated with us when they were through. The only reason I can’t give Terminix a 10 is their phone system is awful. There is no way to reach the local office and I don’t want to speak to someone in another state when I call.

My husband and I were very pleased with the detailed work done by Klint. He is the manager over this area and even though there was an original problem getting rodent issues cared for, he analyzed all corners of our home. There was a previous visit that needed further investigations. He gave us that additional advice on how to eliminate our issue going forward and opened the door to real customer service and management relationship. He listened and was compassionate toward my real concerns. Thank you so much.
