Jarrett was absolutely wonderful. He came into my house in the middle of me having a pure panic attack dealing with our issues. He quickly calmed me down while explaining the process and giving me affordable options to solve our problem! The next day the exterminator came out while I was at work. I came home and of course had questions. Did they address every room? What was used? Being a mom and a pet owner I was worried because I wasn’t there to see the actual process. Of course it was after hours when I got home from work and he quickly heard my voicemail and returned the call that night even though he wasn’t on the clock just so I could have peace of mind and a good nights sleep! I’d highly recommend these services and Jarrett to anyone!! Thank you guys so much for quickly fixing my issue!!

Our problem was resolved! I called FPS and spoke to Taylor who was very helpful and got someone scheduled to come out immediately. Paige, the Service manager arrived within an hour of our call. She was knowledgeable, polite, and did a great job taking care of our mouse problem. I would recommend Franklin Pest Solutions to anyone with a pest problem.
