We have had our house bonded with termite control with Harvard Pest Control for almost 13 years. Since we used them for termites we thought we’d use them for pest control. They came out and sprayed for bugs inside and outside. The next day we noticed that our grass was dead from where they sprayed. Apparently the sprayer was not cleaned properly and weed control was in the sprayer. The issue was fixed and our money returned. At that point we didn’t want to use them for pest control so we cancelled the pest control plan. Unknowingly, without our consent, Havard also cancelled our termite plan. We did not cancel our termite just the pest control. We have been a loyal customer for almost thirteen years and this is how we are treated. We we were basically told we’d have to start a new contract. This is not a way to do business.

These folks are spot on…from the call center to the managers and the technician were all great. The installation was smooth and I have the best feeling that they actually care about our home and all the things that could destroy it.

I had Havard Pest Control come out to do an inspection on Thursday 3/10. The technician was on time, very friendly, and very professional. He was very detailed in the services provided. They were able to come out on Friday 3/11 for the first initial treatment. They called to tell me they were running early (that never happens!) and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. I was very pleased with the service provided, the professionalism, the friendly techs that came out, and I was very pleased with the costs! I highly recommend Havard Pest Control!

Havard is now offering a blown-in insulation with pest control. We had them out to do this along with our yearly inspections and are always happy with their work. 10/10
