Five stars is not enough! Superlatives such as outstanding, excellent, superb, and so forth are inadequate to describe an experience with this company. Chris and his team go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Whatever your wildlife situation they can handle it. My issue was raccoons. They are knowledgeable, professional, reasonable and most importantly honest. What I appreciated most was how responsive Chris was to my phone calls. I do not nor will not hesitate to recommend NEO Wildlife Removal to anyone.

Chris and Sachsen were fast, reliable, and it was a relief. A whole raccoon family in my wall was literally keeping me up at night. Fair pricing and great customer service.

Absolutely thrilled with the service that Chris and Sacheen at NEO Wildlife provided small critter removal of 1 skunk, 2 male possums, 1 female possum and 2 woodchucks. . Chris is a great communicator and very personable, explains and walks you through everything that they will do, honor any special requests, and document everything. Sacheen, who works with Chris was also great! Very thorough, friendly, and genuinely cares about doing a great job and customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend for any sort of animal removal!

NEO is A+ in my book. I recently called them about the groundhog in my lower yard and Sacheen came out promptly. She set up a two-way trap in the large hole in the hillside of my lower yard. She and (owner, Chris) chose a two-way trap because we weren’t sure if the animal was in the tunnel or not. Well, that groundhog was caught in 24 hours! Leaving the trap in a little longer, we caught a raccoon. Then the trap was switched to an external one that only would catch things in the tunnel. Nothing further was caught so Sacheen refilled the tunnel opening and put a cement square that I had, to cover the opening. She proceeded to cover that with dirt, leaves and branches, so the animals would not notice it and investigate. As a sideline, when she first came out, she noticed I had voles in my lawn. Chris gave me a reduced price since they were on site and Sacheen set 23 traps. She caught a vole in the front and one in the backyard. I was glad because I’m tired of having the tunnels in my lawn. Sacheen and Chris are wonderful to work with. Their knowledge and level of service are unmatched! I already referred them to a friend that had racoons in the attic and they helped her greatly.

I cannot recommend Neo Wildlife Removal highly enough. From my first interaction with the owner, Chris, and his assistant, it was clear they were not only professional but also proficient and personable. Chris was upfront about what he could do, setting realistic expectations for the raccoon removal from my property. He assured me it would be taken care of in 24 hours, and true to his word, it was resolved in less time than that. Their state-of-the-art equipment located the raccoon inside my walls swiftly, and they went above and beyond, taking extra measures to ensure the removal process was thorough. Despite calling on a weekend when they weren’t officially open, Chris promptly returned my call, demonstrating their dedication to customer service. Not only did they handle the removal efficiently, but they also addressed preventive maintenance by repairing my chimney cap, ensuring I wouldn’t face the same issue again. Highly recommend! Chris returned my call promptly. He is extremely friendly and professional. Trapped a racoon who was trying to take up residence on my screened in patio. He did an awesome job.

I had gnawing sounds under my bathroom shower. Chris came out with Sasha, his employee and checked around the whole house and the roof. Set some traps, and the gnawing sound seems to be gone (hopefully) forever. Also had mouse poop in my bathroom. Set a catch and release trap, but the little varment got out of it twice. Chris called a couple times to check on the noise which I appreciate! He will be out next week for a curtosy check. I would recommend them for other varment removal. Very nice friendly and cares about their customers and the animals.

We had a great experience with NEO Wildlife Removal. Chris and his team so kind and definitely got the job done. Having nuisance animals on your property is never fun to deal with, but they put me at ease and I’m so grateful I called them. When we were awakened at 3 AM on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago, we thought there was an intruder in our house. It was so loud and forceful that we called the police. On Saturday AM we called around for an exterminator since we then knew it was actually a wild animal in our attic. We found NEO Wildlife Removal and they were able to come out in a few hours. Chris recognized our description of the night before as being the work of a raccoon and was able to calm us down and tell us exactly what had to be done and what was involved. Chris and his assistant were caring and conscientious and took care of our problem from start to finish – a very big job. Including removing ALL of the insulation in our attic and replacing by blowing in all new insulation and detoxing the attic and sealing off the openings that the raccoon had made. We will always appreciate their help and responsiveness and recommend NEO Wildlife Removal to all who need this service!
