So, Dave came out today, for the first time, to spray and place mouse baits – wished they’d just stay outside.😢 Anyhow, he took his time to answer my 101 questions and patiently, and politely, listened to me rattle on about chipmunks & squirrels – sorry about that.😳 He is super nice, what can I say!🤷🏻‍♀️😄 He did an extremely thorough job on my creepy basement, poor thing, and perimeter of the house. After he was finished, he showed me points of entry and how we could address them. He explained how everything worked, about when he’d be back, call if I see anything in a few weeks or if I had anymore questions. Exactly what you expect from a business and so glad I got such a personable ex-Terminator?👍🏼

We had an issue with box elder beetles at our commercial property. We contacted MPC, we explained the situation, and Dwayne came out and took care of our problem – and at a very good rate. He was informative and explained the process and bug situation to us completely. We will use Midwest Pest Control if needed in the future at all of our properties. Thank you.

Since hiring Midwest about 4 years ago, we have had virtually no sightings of indoor crawling insects at all. Friendly and responsive. Do recommend.

We’ve now used MPC for three (now 6) years and we’ve not seen a single mouse in the house. They show up as promised on a quarterly basis, and take care of what needs taken care of quickly.
