Really didn’t enjoy dealing with these guys. First, the guy didnt even inspect my crawlspace because everything looked “fine” from the exterior. Then I didn’t renew my contract with them and I get a voicemail saying that they are coming on Thursday and that I should be home. Didn’t even call to ask my schedule. Then they tried to pass themselves off as an insurance company saying that if there was any termite damage they would cover it so if I didn’t renew I would be on the hook for any termite damages. When I called them out on asking if they’re an insurance company or a pest control company they wouldn’t give me a straight answer. Don’t trust these people in the slightest

They always do a great job and address any issues that pop up or that you see between treatments since we get there monthly service we haven’t had any issues which is a big change from previous provider

have never had any issues using West. What is great about their service is they are so on-top of their customers when it is time for renewal you literally do not have to think about this. They call and notify you its time and it is done with ease.
