When coming to get their equipment back they decided to let themselves into my back gate through force, retrieved their units then left, leaving my back gate open. I have a dog and let him out and he could have easily gotten out if I didn’t luckily notice. Your cheap plastic equipment isn’t worth my pets life that you put at risk!

Charles was very responsive, very knowledgeable in answering my questions, honest and overall made this experience much more pleasant that I’d imagined considering the reason for needing this company’s services aren’t usually under wonderful circumstances. He taught me a ton about future prevention and verified myths I’d heard as well helping to put other tenants on the property at ease. I highly recommend. Plus he is also a parent so is very understanding about concerns for children’s safety in situations that include children on the property and their safety during and after the process, which for myself made him the ideal person for the job. We called them for a consult regarding mice in our attic. We had a couple other companies come out first so we knew what the problem was. We told them of the issue before they came. When the inspector got here, he didn’t even bring a ladder to look in the attic (he never went up there and that’s where the problem was!) He went into our garage and came in saying we had mice poop everywhere by our stairs. My husband went out to look and it wasn’t mice poop, it was the little black pellets that get in your shoes when you play sports on a turf field. The inspector seemed so clueless and not good at his job. We knew before he even left that we wouldn’t be using them. Such a horrible first impression and they lost out on our business and the business of our neighbor who needed to have the same issue resolved in her house.

I did not end up using Extermital for my issue, as my issue was skunks. However, they provided a quick response to my question and a referral to a wildlife expert in the area. Keep it up guys!
