We’ve had an excellent experience with Bee Gone after having to work with them a couple of times for an ant infestation. Friendly, thorough, great service, and very prompt (they were able to come out the same day we called). Would highly recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend. Wife saw a raccoon scurry up to our attic from the garage. Bee Gone came out within a few days even though this is high season for critter move-ins and they are obviously busy. Other “bigger” companies were quoting 2-3 weeks. Pricing was very fair and reasonable compared with other quotes. They did a thorough inspection. We made a plan to live trap the critters with minimal interference to our other pets. Friendly, respectful of the property, and courteous they explained everything and walked me through the next steps. Will absolutely use again and can’t recommend enough. Thanks.

This company was so kind and affordable! After working with a bigger company and having a terrible experience of being pushed aside and disregarded, Bee Gone Pest Control took our issue (wasps in our ceiling) seriously and made sure the problem was dealt with effectively and efficiently. We will always use Bee Gone Pest Control moving forward!

We had a hive of bees INSIDE our house with about 25 bees buzzing around. When my (ex) pest control was called, they said they could get to us the following week! I called Bee Be Gone and they were at our house within the half hour. The job was completed and the bees gone. They followed up the next day to ensure the bees were still gone. I am so impressed with this company. Switched to them for my quarterly pest control.

I highly recommend using Bee Gone if you’re looking for help with spiders and other pests around your house. We moved into our home in Mill Valley last Summer and noticed an issue with spiders around the house, especially in the basement. We get quarterly treatments and saw a huge improvement. Charles is extremely helpful, respectful and always willing to go above and beyond. We really appreciate him and his service.

I called on a Friday for ant extermination, and was told that the person who takes care of my area was on vacation, and to call back on Monday. That’s fine, I have no problems with that, everyone needs a vacation. I called on Monday, and someone scheduled me for an appointment on 8/1 at 1pm. They had me text them the information, which I thought was odd, but still fine. I left work early on 8/1 to be at my house for the appointment, and crickets. Nobody showed up, and I did not receive any communication. And I wasn’t going to call again to ask them to take my money after calling twice previously. I’ll just figure it out myself and save some money.
