I would give 0 stars if it were an option. My husband and I have had a horrible experience with Massey Services. We previously had Insight Pest Solutions which was great but was taken over by Massey. The customer service with Massey is not good at all. I speak to very nice people both in the Augusta(Martinez) office and corporate office who say they will get things taken care of but the follow up never happens. I’ve been promised a call back and follow up by several people and never got it. I’ve been trying to work with them since April regarding a discount I was promised. I was told to send an email showing what I was offered and I did but got no reply, even after following up. We are now in July. I called a week ago to cancel the services because of the lack of accountability and value of service (no one from Massey has serviced my home since switching from Insight). I was told by their care team that it was canceled and that I would not receive any further charges. I was also told a note was left with Adam Taylor to call me and refund the month of June. I was charged yesterday for July and called to request the a call back (since it was after hours) to insure the cancelation is final. I have yet to receive a call back. I called this morning and the call transitioned to voicemail. This is all very frustrating and disheartening. I need this resolved today, please.
