5 Star Company! I can’t say enough good things about how responsive and professional this company is. They service our property every 3 months and are extremely prompt and effective. Just today I had ‘Russ’ out to address an issue I was having with wasp nests . He was informative , professional and extremely courteous and very conscientious in his work. My dealings with everyone from Matt and Kristen (, another Technicians) to everyone in the head office was fantastic. If there is an issue they address it immediately. I would definitely recommend this company to service your home. Thank you proof pest control!!

I appreciate trying to gather interest for a job doing nearby but I have been trying to turn down the technician and I got an attitude. It may be a great company but please produce some cards and flyers for the folks who doesn’t want to be pitched on the fly. I don’t know if I want to agree on a pest control without doing my homework.

Sean Rocha performed the service today. I very seldom “spy” on techs who are servicing anything in or on my property but did so today while waiting for a Wimbledon match to begin. His methodical, un-rushed, and thorough approach was very reassuring. He will definitely be welcomed back to perform any future service.

This business is a scam. The sale rep Eddie claimed that they were a small business owner, and that they had been servicing the house for the previous owner. If we were not happy then all money back guaranteed. All the claims they made were just sale tactics to make us sign a contract, as the sale rep was NOT the business owner among other things (and previous owners used different service. We had our first service, was not satisfied, called to cancel, the company said they would have to charge a cancellation fee of $500. We had to talk at length about how we were misled by Eddie and finally we were able to cancel without a fee. However, we were already charged for the second service that was never scheduled (and the business said they could not refund that charge). Beware of this scam.
