I would like to update a review I posted earlier. When I initially contacted J&J about updating/extending an account, I spoke with an incredibly rude and disrespectful woman from the call center/office. I was so angry and hurt, I wrote a review expressing my displeasure. The owner of the company reached out to me personally, and genuinely and wholeheartedly apologized for his employee; he took the matter very seriously, which meant the world to me. He was personable, sincere, and empathetic. The owner had 3 managers come out to apologize again, checked my property regarding my initial call, and explained the process of the lifespan and extermination process for termites. I’m from the Midwest, so I’ve never had to deal with termites as you all do in Louisiana. The guys were all super sweet and called again to check up on me and make sure I was happy with their service. Marquise (awesome btw) and Paul came back at a later date to place new extermination pods around my perimeter. Personally, I am old school and traditional when it comes to business and customer service (within reason, of course). The guys have re-gained my trust and respect for the company. Because of their kindness, I will be using J&J and recommending them for years to come.

J&J Exterminating is truly spectacular! I have been a client for 10+ years for my home in New Orleans and have always been happy with their service. When I moved to Covington I decided to go with the cheaper option (Billiot Pest Control). This was a HUGE mistake. Because of the drought last summer the fire ants were incredibly active and were somehow getting into our home. I found fire ants in my toddlers bedroom, in our living room and in our kitchen. I would come home after a long day at work and there would be hundreds of them crawling around the house. Billiot came out to address the issues 3x and was never able to solve it. The ants always came back. When I hired J&J, they did one service and the ants NEVER came back. I could tell they were using completely different equipment to address the problem with these ants. Plus, my technician Harold is a kind, honest and all around wonderful man. I can tell he always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the service. They may be a little more expensive but it is absolutely worth the peace of mind that comes with having a pest free home!
