First Responder!! Your employee Hawk Rider alerted my place of work to a brush fire that he saw when he was getting off the freeway (I-90 EB @ the Rainier Ave Exit) and used his fire extinguisher to start and then alerted us to assist with putting the fire out. Hawk was not only a life saver today, but he was professional, nice, and heroic! I hate to imagine what would have happened had he not been there. Thank you, Hawk!

Mike is an outstanding technician! We had a rodent get into our house for the first time in many years. Mike did a thorough inspection and strategically placed traps. He went under the house, checked the traps there, and checked for any potential access points from the crawl space into the house, which, fortunately, there were none. Mike is professional, patient, and empathetic, as are all of AARD’s technicians we have dealt with over the past 35+ years!

Aard, did a wonderful job with those pesky ants and routine monitoring for any crawlspace intruders. I particularly found the tech Shawn to be extremely helpful, ultra-knowledgeable, and personable. It seems rare these days to be so happy with a company’s service!

Arthur was great! I asked him, if his schedule permitted, to take a look in our crawlspace and attic, as nobody has been in those zones for at least a year. He did so, and gave me a thorough report afterwards. All is well, thank goodness. He told me there was an old unconnected dryer vent in the crawlspace that could become an entry point for critters, and he offered to screen it off, and promptly did so. He then completed our usual exterior treatment and and checked in with me before he left. Thank you, Arthur!

I had been having trouble with ants in the kitchen and had tried numerous products. My next-door neighbor recommended AARD. The initial visit from their technician was enormously educational and helpful. They laid out a battle plan, executed each step, and achieved victory – no more ants. They continue to service our house on a quarterly basis and it gives us great peace of mind. The technicians are both personable and professional. It’s a delight to discover every time when you see something out of the corner of your eye on the kitchen counter that it’s *never* an ant!
