Allen was prompt and on time. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips to keep in mind. I did not need any services and he did not ask for any compensation. Great local / small business and great person. I highly recommend him and will be using his services going forward.

Lovely experience. We moved into our house in December and were told it was treated for termites, but we were unaware where the issue was. Then we started having issues with black ants, so I called Allen. He fit us in a few days later. He checked out the house, showed us where the old termite damage was and how to keep an eye on it, and explained how to keep the ants from coming in. The issue was mild and Allen didn’t need to spray, so he didn’t even charge us. His advice and reassurance are invaluable and because of his honesty, we will call him for any issues that we do have arise.

Allen was phenomenal, we had concerns about mice in our attic. He was able to come out in a timely manner, show us what we were doing was up to par and double checked our mitigation strategies to protect us in the future. He was professional, informative and extremely pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend him personally to anyone in need.

We have a massive mouse problem in our house, garage, and even my car! We’re renters, so our leasing office doesn’t provide help with pests. Allen has come out twice now to help us out, make recommendations, add traps and made adjustments to our existing ones. The first time he didn’t even bother charging us because he only adjusted the traps we had already laid. The second time the charge was perfectly reasonable and he was an incredible help. We’re optimistic we’re putting out mouse days behind us! We can’t recommend Allen enough!
