I could not have survived this without BBELA and my technician. I found that I had Indian meal moths in my kitchen. It started as seeing a few disgusting larvae here and there. I have no idea where they came from. I threw away everything in my pantry except canned goods. I followed all DIY remedies I could find. I found nothing worked when I realized I had an INFESTATION.

I had scheduled a touch up treatment with BBELA because I had some concerns that termites may have been trying to make an appearance after our initial treatment last fall. The technicians arrived promptly and on time when they said they would. The technicians were very professional and addressed all my concerns with a complete inspection and explanation. Fortunately my house was not having any termites getting in. They did do a treatment where I was concerned about. Overall I would not hesitate to use BBELA again with their warranty and great service.

Called in for Bed Bug treatment. They did an amazing job. We have been suffering from the bites since June, unfortunately our landlord neglected us and refused to do anything about it. Thanks to the Bed Bug Exterminators in LA, 2 days after the treatment, I haven’t seen or gotten bit by a bed bug bite. Leo, our exterminator, was extremely thorough with the treatment and extremely professional. I will definitely be coming back either for another treatment if the problem persists again or for an inspection. Thank you so much!

2 days later still have bugs. They say it takes up to 4 weeks so if they go away ill change my review
