AMAZING!!! I moved to Little Rock after college, to a new house. I was not prepared for all the bugs as a new person to the South. My technician was awesome. I have not seen a big for months! He was also cool to talk too

Edit: they just took more money out of my account weeks AFTER I canceled my service. They do not listen to you, I told them multiple times that I could not afford the service and that I wanted to suspend it until further notice. But still every 3 months they message me and I have to remind them that I don’t want it. Then, they call me (my phone wasn’t working at the time so I didn’t get the call) don’t send a follow up text, and do the service anyway. I told them while they were at my house that I didn’t want service. They said that after 10 minutes they had already treated my whole property, but that they’d put a credit on the account so it wouldn’t charge me. They charged me anyway. When I called about this, the rep over the phone had an attitude and refused to hear anything I was saying until I just canceled my service. And every time they’ve treated, I can still see wasps nests and spiderwebs and the bugs that inhabit them all over the property. Will never reccomend. This whole company is a scam.

At this point I wouldn’t recommend them. Not reliable. Don’t show up when they are supposed to. When they do show up they don’t do the job they we are paying for. Very disappointing. If you are especially in the West LR area I would look to another company. They don’t come out monthly when they are supposed to and they are not dependable.
