I was a little apprehensive about hiring a pest control company because I don’t like strangers in my house. After the first five minutes of talking to Melony it was just like having a friend over so that really put me at ease. she was not only friendly, she was thorough and very knowledgeable and offered some great advice to help with our spider infestation. I’m going to request her for all of our future appointments and I would highly recommend her to anyone else.

We have had terrible customer service. They do not listen to the concerns you have. Trying to cancel you get the run around. With all the treatments we have had, have more bug problems than before. I would give no starts but this review will not let you

So does this business just instruct your door-to-door salesman to ignore the NO SOLICITING signs people put up to prevent solicitors?! Do you have them consider there may be a good reason to not want to be bothered, like night shift employees who may be sleeping?! Does it occur to your sales people that people work from home and may be in the middle of business meetings and don’t need their dogs interupting said meetings by barking cause someone knocks on the door?! I told your salesman i was working and pointed out my NO SOLICITING sign and apologized that i didnt have the time to speak with him, and he had the nerve to keep talking. When i shut him down, he then had the nerve to ask me for a bottled water, which i didnt have anyways, but who the hell does that?! I will not even entertain giving your company my business because of this.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This has been the biggest waste of money. I originally signed up with them to help control mosquitoes in the summer. It’s July and I still have a massive issue. I weeded my garden this week and was dodging mosquitoes like crazy. I’ve complained about this to them several times and I just get told “give it time to work”. Then for my July treatment, they rescheduled on me THREE times. I complained about the lack of communication around the no shows and I got told “we’re sorry it’s out of our control”. Finally a woman did call and try to remedy the situation. Said she was sending out a specialist to talk with me the next day about our ongoing problem and hopefully find the root issue. I started to feel hopeful. The time was scheduled between 3:00-5:00. I made plans to make sure I was home at that time. On my way to my house I got a text asking me to rate the technician who sprayed my yard for mosquitoes! He came out BEFORE our scheduled time so I never got to talk to the technician. They just treated it the same ineffective way they have been doing all damn summer. At this point I call the office and they tell me the tech is too busy to come back out to my place (at the time he was originally expected to be there by the way…) and discuss the problems I’m having. I’ve been paying $80 a month for this so called mosquito service. Additionally I’m paying $189 quarterly for indoor pest control yet I’m still seeing ants. Don’t waste your money here. Pestie DIY is far more cost effective AND actually works. I’d love to cancel but they want to charge me $200 to do so.
