Discovered termites in my kitchen and immediately started looking for a company to come treat them. Called a few places and no one could come out in under 3 days. Call Charles at C&L and he answered the phone and said he could come today. Which he did and he gave us a through inspection and advised us on the best treatment protocol. He was prompt, courteous, friendly , knowledgeable and his price was very fair. He did not try to push us into a contract , joy said he will come out and treat the house as needed. Gave us a certificate of treatment and a 1 year warranty . Call Charles, you won’t be sorry.

I called Charles at 9:13am and he was here at 12:30pm — same day! His upbeat personality and skill at getting rid of the pests were a welcomed relief! Highly recommend him and his service!

I had a mice caught on a camera that was set inside. So they came and set up traps, and that was the end of it ( no signs on the traps but we were supposed to assume they were just gone) I had to beg for the roof to be closed from the construction flaws and have them put mesh on the holes. Long story short we’re supposed to have a year warranty, so they come back out since we found new droppings. Charles finally responds after a day and shows up to say it’s just roach droppings. I had terminix come out 6 days prior and no roaches. Never the less I scheduled to have terminix back out. HOWEVER, I brought this up to him and how it’s a concern since I gave a BABY, he simply responds “ im driving” and never got back, which is pretty much how he acted from day one in communication. As a parent you worry alot and when a company doesn’t respond or seem to care it’s a red flag and frustrating. Finally we got ABC to come out next week which we should if in the first place.

I called C&L after finding nice reviews on Nextdoor. I was in a panic, fearing I had discovered termites calling C&L late in the evening. Charles responded to my voicemail that night and was able to arrive at my house the next morning. Very nice gentleman who kindly settled my nerves that I only had black ants. He sprayed the interior and exterior of my home and then treated the kitchen and bath with some extra “food” for the ants to take back to the nest. You can set up an account online that shows your treatment schedule as well.

I am thankful that I found this company. Charles was GREAT to work with on my termite invasion. There was no drama, no contract, no extended monthly or annual charges, and no renting of equipment. What I experienced was a straight forward and effective treatment. Charles took care of the problem and did it all for an extremely affordable fee. Super thoughtful and friendly to work with. Charles taught me a lot about termites and the chemicals that are used to treat them. I appreciate all he took the time to explain to me. By the way, I had previous estimates from two other (larger) company technicians and in no way did I have a feeling of ANY confidence in them. Further, their prices were twice what C&L charged. I trust C&L. Thanks Charles!

One of a kind service. Highly recommend Charles, if you need work with rodent removal I highly highly recommend. They took take of our problem, made sure our perimeter was secured. You won’t regret hiring C&L they are superb. Thanks you Charles!

I called Charles yesterday for a termite inspection. He was here today promptly at 10. He identified the problems and treated for the termites on the spot. He was professional, cordial, and knowledgeable. He left a sticker with the date of treatment and chemicals used to treat for termites. He is also submitting a report to the HOA. Most responsive vendor I have dealt with for these types of problems. Thank you, Charles for treating your customers like a valued family member

Working with Charles is great, he’s punctual and quick to respond. He visits us once a quarter or as needed. We haven’t had any issues with anything. Every now and then there will be a critter in the garage and it’s always dead. Just like he told us. As far as pest control goes I’m not calling anyone else.

Very Very great service. They were very courteous and listened to my problems. I spent thousands of dollars with other pest control companies to get rid of the rats and they could not do it, they just kept coming back. C&L Pest control services were way cheaper and got rid of them the first go around!!!! I will always call them for anything and no contract quarterlies is amazing!!! If anything try them out before ANYONE ELSE !!!!!!
