We’ve been using Progressive Pest Control for more than 10 years to do bi-monthly insect control. Farrah is always helpful and communicative about when the techs would come out to service our house. The techs have always been kind and helpful. We’ve had other pests show up over the years (pigeons, rats, wasps) and I’m always able to count on them to come out a take a look and remedy the situation promptly.

Progressive is the best pest control company out here in Vegas. I recently moved here and was not used to the desert bugs and I’m also very afraid of bugs in general. Farrah (the owner) is absolutely wonderful. She’s knowledgeable and really cares about her clients. As soon as we hired Progressive, we immediately started seeing results. Brandon is the tech that comes out to spray each month and he is equally wonderful. He is so kind, helpful, and thorough. He always makes sure that we’re not seeing weird pest activity. He’s the best!

We’ve been using Progressive Pest Control for many years and have been very satisfied with them. If we do see any pest they are DEAD! Our point of contact has been with Farrah and Adrian and we’ve never had a problem with them. Their communication with us has been excellent. When Adrian sprays our house he’s always professional and on time. I highly recommend anyone to use their service… you won’t be disappointed!

I have been using this company for awhile now and they are very good at what they do. They are thorough and make sure the areas of your home inside and out are covered. Their service employees are kind, friendly and trustworthy. This company is always on time and stands behind their work. They have made many rearrangememts for my ever changing schedule and I have been grateful to them for that. I might add they are very easy to reach and return all phonecalls quickly.

We have used progressive pest control for the past 7-8 years. There always professional and courteous. If there is any issue they will come back to address it. The techs are knowledgeable and always have tips to protect your home. It’s unfortunate we’re moving and can’t take them with us.
