I used them for only one initial service. Craig, the vice president of the company, did the work then told be I will be sent an invoice. Then Tracey, who works in the office and is so incredibly rude, called and demanded payment right then and there by phone. I told her no, send me an invoice. She continued to badger me for the payment then finally gave up. I paid the bill when I received the invoice. Before the check arrived to her she sent me another invoice harassing me again with a nasty handwritten note. I sent the second invoice back stating that I already paid this bill and to calm down or terminate my service. So, she terminated my service.

Great Experience… had my house treated several years ago. Now I just pay for the annual inspection – so if there is ever an issue, they treat area immediately. They had to retreat one area a few times, but the Termites are gone. So happy I decided not to tent, this type of treatment make so much more sense.

My Camaro overheated on my way home so I rolled it into the parking lot of the Largo location. My shocks on the hood don’t work so I was holding it up by hand. A very kind gentleman came out and asked me if I needed anything. He gave me a plank for the hood and some water, double checking with me to make sure I was safe. I greatly appreciate what this gentleman did for me and won’t forget what he did to help a young man. Thank you so much.
