This place has no idea of what they are doing. Back in March 2023 I was told I had bed bugs. They treated things twice and told me I had to get rid of everything. My bed, rugs and all of my clothes ( everything was brand new when I moved in just 6 months earlier). I have been required to sleep on the floor since. I also discovered how the bed bugs were getting in and used chaulk around the entire floor of my studio. That actually stopped them for two months. Then platinum came back because I guess my neighbor had them. So they removed the caulk which caused the bed bugs to come back immediately. Three times I used caulk and that stopped them but platinum removes it. They are just making sure they get repeat business and don’t care for their clients needs. Don’t use them as they have no clue what they are doing.

Platinum Pest Solutions exterminated my unit even though he noticed I had a cat. Instead of discontinuing the extermination (which I didn’t need or ever used) he decided to put my cat in a closed room with out access to any necessities and continued exterminating including in and/or around the litter box. Im totally surprised and saddened that Platinum Pest Solutions was careless enough to use such chemicals in areas without any regards for my cat and it’s well-being.

The driver of the vehicle with plate ending in 661 needs to learn how to drive. Unable to maintain their land, going from speeding to under the speed limit to make it so I couldn’t pass him, and then giving me the finger while I was finally able to pad him. Very unprofessional way to drive when your company name is all over the vehicle!

Works for them 10 mths they only offered there friends positions they over looked common experience and had me doing 100 units a day at 17.25 I left for 60,000 salary for a company that value experience and is now On my way to management this company used and abused me being a qualified professional this isn’t where you want to be.

I was beyond frustrated with a problem of constant fruit flies in my kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. We tried for two months to use every product out there to stop them. They would go away for a while and then come back. We dumped more expensive stuff down our drains, cleaned out drain pipes and they always came back. In tears and frustration I called Platinum. I got a call back right away and the technician was at my house in two hours. He was polite, professional and explained what he was doing and how long it would take for the fruit flies to be gone. It went just as he said and they were gone. Gone. Finally gone for good. I am so happy. I just wished I wouldn’t have wasted so much money on products that didn’t work and would have called them right away. Thank you so much, Gustavo!
