Called around to numerous pest control businesses for a phone consult about carpet beetles and it was very frustrating. Employees at other businesses were like car salesmen. They pushed for me to buy a yearly subscription to their services and wouldn’t give me an estimate without doing an on site consult. The other businesses relentlessly called me several times a day which was a bit angering. After speaking with Chris at AAA Pest Control, I knew I was in the right place. Chris was courteous, professional, genuine and listened to my needs. Based on the low amount of carpet beetles I experienced, he determined it wasn’t extremely necessary for their services at this time. Chris gave me great advice on what I could first do at home and he sent me links to devices I could purchase online that might help. He suggested I call for their services if the problem persisted after what he suggested. It really says a lot about a company when they aren’t pushing to immediately take your money and offer suggestions based on their expertise. I will definitely call them if needed in the future.

AAA Pest Control is very thorough with their insect treatment and provides good customer service. We haven’t seen any insects since the initial treatment. The company will come back if any activity returns prior to next service. We just started the yearly plan with them but I’m sure we will be very happy with the remaining service. Their payment options are flexible, the company we used prior required monthly payment for an annual service plan. We prefer to pay after each service which seems more logical. So far we are satisfied and excited to have found a reliable company that provides good customer service.

Very easy to schedule an appointment and they showed up on time! Ryan was very thorough and explained what he was doing and what I could expect over the next few weeks. Also took the time to talk to me about my concerns with having dogs and a cat and how the treatment for ants would affect them (it won’t). Would definitely recommend this company – they’ve been great every time I’ve used them!

Received a call from technician while he was at my home and explained exactly where ant infestation was in two locations. I did not receive a return call or update. When I returned home ants were prolific and in same locations that I gave the technician. A few days later a received a bill for $150 which noted that technician could not find the ants. I wanted the problem resolved…not a service call with no results. Extremely disappointed and I still have an ant problem.
