Avoid at all costs! They didn’t do any of the requested and documented contract which was the only reason I signed with this company. Now locked into a 1-year contract for less than what i had with a competing company even though they didn’t follow their end of the contract. (or have to pay 50%). Not cool at all.

This week a Saela Seattle salesperson in an unmarked car showed up at my mother’s door indicating he was spraying for the HOA she is a part of. She believed him and paid him over $100, not knowing that if the HOA contracted the company she should not have had to pay anything. 30 minutes later, a technician in a marked truck showed up to spray. The HOA has NOT hired a pest control company. They somehow got through the gate and were going door to door. The technician said he would be back in 28 days to spray again. When I called the company to find out what was going on, I was not provided with the information I needed to resolve the issue. A report was “submitted;” however, they would not provide the name of the manager at the Kent office so I could have a conversation about the employee making false statements, taking advantage of her, and lying about a contract with her HOA. I will be getting to the bottom of this immediately. He took advantage of an elderly woman. If they read these reviews, I have this to say: You do not want to mess with my mother or show up on her doorstep again – I am coming for you.

Alex, provided my wife and I a peace of mind during his stop. He sprayed, got some wasp nests and dealt with a few ants. He was very kind and listened to my concerns. He explained what I might see after he sprays and put down some new folded bug traps. I really appreciate his energy. Thank you.

Loren was greeted by two barking dogs. When I opened the door my terrier ran over and stood up by Lorens leg, to get a pet. They are both sweet dogs who never hurt anyone, in fact I have never met a more gentle pair of dogs. Loren gave Aspen a pet as we discussed any issues or requests I might have. The service is exemplary as always. Lorens people and animal skills are too.
