Lookout Pest Control has been amazing ever since I had to call them for the “rat problem” I had. Their customer service is amazing and every person who has come out to my place to help this issue and do my exclusion has been so kind and respectful. In fact today Ben came out because I thought I had a dead rat in my attic and sure enough, I had two! He handled the bad situation so discreetly. I will always recommend Lookout for any pest needs!

Ken was the service tech who came out to our house to perform our initial pest control service. Since this was the first service I asked him if I could shadow him around the property in case I had any questions regarding the treatment. He was very kind and accommodating. He had no issues answering any questions I had and helped put me at ease with the service that they were providing. We had been seeing too many ants around the house for our liking and he addressed those questions without a problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

ants on porch and still see the occasional roach. The tech was here for maybe 10 minutes removing spider webs outside. I miss anypest when they stopped the bugs inside and out.

Thy have really gone down hill since becoming Lookout Pest Control. The service is now average when it use to be stellar. Every time I call I have to be put on hold or “in the queue” to receive a call back. Now I am having to get technicians out to my house for call back service since it was not handled properly the first time. Each quarter I have to make several call back to have them retreat an area. This is the kind of service that will end up putting a company that use to be 5 stars out of business.

I was very please with the work performed by the tech that was sent out to replace my crawlspace vents. He did a great job even thought he encounter issues with the install since my home is older. In addition he was the most courteous tech I have ever encountered. He always responded to me in a respectful manner. The job was done very well and in a timely manner and I am very pleased.

Unfortunately I inherited this company for termite bond when I purchased my house. The have “auto scheduling” so they send you an invoice and show up at your property without your permission once a year – I call this trespassing. Two years ago I called the police because I came home to find an invoice on my door that I didn’t recognize. I filed a complaint with the BBB and yelp but the owner convinced my to remove both. They promised it wouldn’t happen again and would call and schedule my house. What if I had moved or sold the house?? They have not changed their ways. Buyer beware.
