Excellent service! After years and years of trying different pest control services, finally I found the one who solved my pest problem in the ceiling crawl space. The technician Steve was very professional and thorough. He found a big hole near a lighting fixture and a crack in the vent hood where critters have been getting in. Haven’t heard any activity in the ceiling since and have such peace of mind. What a relief! Highly recommend. (Also glad to support a family owned business, unlike the corporate feel of the major pest control services where they sell you services you don’t really want.)

Tapout Pest Control is outstanding. They were very responsive to our squirrels in the attic issue and fixed the problem very quickly and at a fair price. Al explained everything thoroughly and showed me photos of the damage. Al was very courteous and helpful on the phone when I called with my problem. I’ve dealt with other pest control companies. By far this is the best and I won’t hesitate to recommend them!

I’ve been using Tapout for aunts and centipedes issues in my home since moving to the Heights and have been happy with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a regular pest control service.

Back in late fall of 2021, I had a smallish bedbug infestation. Eliot from Tapout was excellent. He was calm, reassuring, offered great and accurate advise. I followed his instructions to a T. Within a few weeks they were gone and have not been back. I really like that Tapout is a local Jersey City business.

Tapout was great and easy to work with. 2 rodent termination services were scheduled 2 weeks apart, and seem to be effective. Post 2nd service, we have a 45 day guarantee and can call back to schedule another service if mouse problems persist. Steven the technician was great both visits and was very thorough. He went into our crawl spaces, basement, kitchen, and under our house to find and cover any holes with foam and/or wire mesh. He set traps and poison, and collected dead mice the second time around. He explained the likely paths the deer mice took to enter our house, and how he closed the holes up. Thanks Steven and Tapout Pest Control

Called Tapout(reviews were excellent! ).Steven came out,was VERY thorough and explained everything to me. They are working with me to get the job done and follow up to make sure I have it resolved! I WILL be using them again because Al and the crew were very accommodating and professional! Many thanks to them for eleviating a stressful situation..fast! Update..Steven came out and did the 2 week follow-up and everything was clear! No more mouse..poop..all done and they are gone! I am so thankful..they did an awesome job and now I’m thinking to get the quarterly service to keep it clean and rodent free. Thank you Al and your awesome crew..especially Steven for a job well done!

I am a returning customer who left terminix and never look back I work with Al and Elliot who both came over and we’re very professional and knew exactly what they were talking about the prior people who came who just were telling you that they thought you wanted to hear. I found that tap out, actually cares about their customers and would like to retain their customers and find the best solutions for their customers at rate that is on par or less than their competitors.
