I have used Eco Pro for over two years now. They have excellent customer service and the technician is amazing…so friendly. There is no hesitation from the owner if I have ever needed them to come back and spray for ant beds. I would highly recommend them anyone.

Used for one year with poor results in lawn care. Pest control was fine. Switching to Wayne’s as lawns on my neighborhood serviced by them are noticeable nicer looking.

Tried to cancel contract within the 30 day cancellation period. They stated in an email they would cancel then received invoices for a total of $750 (for the remainder of the year)! Can’t get anyone to discuss this over the phone and the “service department” has different people responding (as the person stated on the phone) and doesn’t respond for days/weeks at a time. Been dealing with this since 9/1/2016! Still trying to get this resolved on 11/1/2016! No one will discuss this over the phone!
