This company was highly recommended by a homeowner whom had hired them in several occasions for terminate inspection and treatment. Ray was the inspector who came out to the site and did a thorough inspection of my property. Explained and educated me on what to look for during the swarming season and also throughout the year. He is extremely knowledgeable, detailed and personable. Would highly recommend HITECH to anyone in need of termite control. They are truly the best out there.

Having termites in your home is a painful experience, but working with Hi Tech Termite to eliminate the issue, was a great experience. Setting up the appointment for a free inspection was easy and Ray showed up on time and performed a thorough inspection. Ray was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the problem areas that he found from his inspection. Ray provided us with a quote and explained their process using microwave and/or chemical treatments for each area. He was extremely polite and there was no pressure to sign up for the treatment We were impressed with Hi Tech’s approach and competitive quote and made an appointment to have the local treatment. No tent, no bagging anything, no moving to a hotel for a few days! Frank arrived on time on the day the house was treated. Frank was friendly and professional and respectful of our home. He wore outer shoe coverings to protect the floor. Frank went up in our attic and spayed a solution to prevent termites and then followed up with the microwave treatment in part of the house, patio area and the garage . Small holes made to inject chemical treatment were filled in. After Frank was done, he provided us with the invoice and explained that we have a three year warranty against termites! This is better than provided by most tenting fumigation companies. Hi Tech also offered us an option to renew our warranty yearly for a little over $300. I recommend using Hi Tech for your local termite treatment .

The rep that came was great. The treatment is great. The office can improve their processes and communication. They called me a day before my appointment and I missed the call, but I called them right back and they said, it was just to confirm the appointment. Great. All set. Then they don’t show and say the call the day before was actually to reschedule. 1 star for the office.

We did not want to go through the hassle of tenting our house and selected Hi Tech Termite to provide treatment of our house which was loaded with termites as we had no treatment for 15 years. We found that Hi Tech is thorough, their employees friendly, and their treatment effective. After having our home treated, we noticed more termite activity in the warranty period. They came out for additional treatments promptly with no questions asked. We liked their service so much, we signed up for the yearly maintenance program and have received the same thorough and prompt service. We highly recommend them.

I was worried about termite infestation when I first saw two small scatterings of cricket droppings (not knowing at the time). So I called Hi-Tech Terminate Control for the inspection since they were the one who fumigated my house when I first moved in (a little less than 10 years ago). Ray (the chatty guy) came out as scheduled and started the inspection from the outside to the inside, up to the attic, down to the garage and out to the balcony. He did a thorough inspection and was honest in his assessment and recommendation. All in all, Ray represents what a professional contractor should be like, detailed-oriented, honest in assessment and recommendation and more importantly, put the customer’s interest first. Thank you Ray for coming out for the inspection and gave me your best advice and recommendation. Tony

I called for an inspection on possible termites which they did for free. They sent Ray who called me to inform me he was going to be a little late which I really appreciated. Ray was very friendly and informative. As he inspected the house he educated me on termite habits and even have advice on some repairs I could do myself. He put on booties to not dirty our floors and wore a masks. In the end Ray suggested we wait and see if any more damage shows up before trying to get it treated. I appreciated the great service but above all his honesty. It makes me really feel like I can trust this company and I will certainly call Ray again if anything comes up. Definitely recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you, Ray.

Hi-Tech was the most thorough of the companies we had inspect our home and they had the best warranty, so we went with them for local treatment in hopes that we can avoid fumigation down the road. Jeff spent a lot of time with us during the inspection and on the day of our treatment – he is very friendly and helpful.

Jeff came out and did a detailed inspection. He was very sincere and his price was fair. Plus we didn’t have to leave the house during the treatment. I was very happy with the over all experience. They gave me a 3 year warranty on my whole house.
