In a mad rush to get some materials to a job site that was already ongoing. The product had been paid for over the phone so it was ready to be picked up as soon as I pulled up in the parking lot and got close to the door the young lady came to open it for me and immediately brought me my things. Literally brought them to the door for me. With a smile and an amazing attitude as well. I’ve been in this industry for 25 years and I think that’s the first time this has ever happened. This location has good people that pay attention to their customers working for them.

Victor was great. He helped me with my issue and gave me great information. He was really nice and patient with my questions. He sent me an article on treatment via email and made sure I received it prior to me leaving the store. He also told me that I was taking the right approach by baiting now and then having the professional company come in after I had treated to do prevention. Thank you Victor.
