Just started extermination service with this company. While it is too soon to know if I will continue to feel as good about them as I do at this moment, it is my hope that the experience remains positive. My Tech’s name is Adam and he was not only on time but friendly and professional. He seemed knowledge and had no reservations about answering any questions or concerns thatI posed. Thumbs up Greenway. I am still with this company and am as satisfied today as I was two years ago. Give them a try if you are looking for a high quality professional pest control company. My tech’s name is Edafe. I sincerely love Edafe. He is not only capable and efficient but asks questions to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Update: Had a new tech service my home today. His name is Nick and this is my opinion of his performance: Nick did an amazing job of treating the interior of our home. He was here last week to do the normal exterior of the home but returned at my request to treat the inside. He was courteous and very respectful of the property. Good job!

Joseph did a very good job. He put down glue traps, He got rid of wasp nests and spider webs. And, he sprayed inside and outside. We would be happy for him spray our house anytime again. He is a 5 star employee.

DO NOT SIGN UP! The contract I signed was presented as 12 months, but in the fine print it says 18 months. They shown payments only show 12 months! I was not please with their service and they would not come back out to treat, so I had to call another company, when I called to cancel to because I thought my year was up, they informed me of the fine print. That only upsets me more. I knew the guy was a fast talker when he came to my door, I asked multiple times 1 year right, what if I am not satisfied? Then boom 6 more month and now paying two bills!
