Nina is the best. She gave advice and knew exactly what to look for during the visit. Amazing worker. She’s a keeper. Update July 17 2024: Active has changed Nina and now every time I have received treatment within the past 3-4 months it’s been someone different. Super upset with it. I know have to find a new company. There’s no consistency with Active. This company hire contractors that travel all over the Southeast. Going back to Stark – there treatments may blow, but at least I won’t have random people coming into my home.

The technician Jack came to my house on time and was nice enough to walk me through the full treatment explaining to me what will be done and what I should be seeing he was very polite kind and did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend his services with Aptive anytime! Thank you Jack for explaining to me the procedure and taking care of my house.

If I could give no stars, i would because that’s how this company operates! Techs are inexperienced with products and how to combat insects. 1 Tech was more concerned about if I liked his fresh haircut he had just gotten than solving my ant problem, which he treated with some sort of fly spray! The first 2 times he tried to treat the area was ineffective so why not give this product a shot! His words! And then there were the 3 employees that came to treat a wasp problem. 1 sold my husband a new contract because he said our current plan didn’t include wasps — it did! The 2nd guy assured us that beattle traps were the way to go. The last Tech that tried to treat the problem killed the hedge! I have been trying to get that issue resolved for almost a year now! But Regional Managers Brad and Mike gave me their word June 19, 2024, that they would get it resolved immediately! “I have reviewed the documentation and recommended reimbursement. As soon as I get a response, we will move forward. I will make sure it is not a long process” Still waiting on their resolution!
