Worst service ever will never use again. I recommend nobody should. They came out and flipped everything in my house there was broken picture frames lamps knocked over looked bad and i hired them twice. Each time i paid around $1,400 each time it works for about two months just till the warranty is up then all they know how to do is try and set up another contract to charge you again another $1,400. If you like throwing your money down the drain go with them. If not possibly any other company would be better. Even the product they sale at Walmart or dollar general costs around 20 bucks for 4 treatments.

They took the time to make sure our home got treated as needed. We had really high ceilings too. We have not found any bed bugs, thank God since. I recommend them and feel that they are honest and know what is needed.

Justin is very knowledgeable, honest, and informative. We bought a new home, and my painting/floor guys found bedbugs. Justin and team came out the next day to take care of the issue! Even sent Steven out a couple days later to treat the cabinets and doors I was working outside of the house at not additional cost. We’ll be seeing them after we move in Saturday for the follow-up chemical 🙂 Great on price and service 🙂

It seemed like the heat treatment worked, but afew months later I started seeing bugs again. The warranty had just expired but I was quoted a good price for a spray service. When the technician came out he looked( in one bedroom only) and said he didn’t see anything and left. There may have been some miscommunication but the technician told my boyfriend that I specifically had to sign the paperwork. He told the owner Justin that my boyfriend refused to sign the paperwork. That doesn’t even make sense. This wasn’t a warranty call, it was supposed to be a paid service.No one ever came back outSo now here we are 7 months later back to square one. UPDATE: The fact that you are responding 5 months later, shows how well your communication is. Numerous attempts were made to contact thru email & phone. The bug 🪲 problem was taken care of elsewhere.

*UPDATE* 10 months later and not a pest in sight! These guys are extremely cool.. pardon the pun..they were on time, did their inspection, explained the process, and went to work. They were very thorough and professional at all times. I am 100% confident that the issue has been resolved in our home. I had 3 other quotes for this same service and these guys beat everyone by at least $1000. I recommend them 100% and would never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!
