Very disappointed. Basically told me to jump. I posted somewhere the massive stink bug infestation issue I’m facing and I was assured they will come and deal with it, since the owner is an entomologist. So, I called to schedule an appointment and the lady on the phone told me they can’t do much about that and that she will send me a list of “to do”. I explained to her I already did everything on the list (basically seal/caulk all cracks, windows, replace door seals, replaced window nets, add nets at all air vents, use essential oil sprays, use the “soapy water dish”, no mulch around the house, no moisture issues, no food left outside etc), then she agreed to schedule an inspection for the following week. Few days before the inspection I get a voicemail from her saying they are short staffed and they cannot make it to the inspection, but that she recommends me to call another pest control company because they cannot solve any stink bug issues anyway. Really disappointed they could not even take the time to put me in contact with the specialist (at least by phone if not physically) and they just preferred to waive me off since they probably get enough business anyway….

Fantastic! I cannot speak highly enough of the Sargent Pest team! We have used their services for years in two different houses. Matthew is our technician. He is always respectful, kind, prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. He consistently listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He knows we have children and is careful to provide guidelines about any timeframes needed for treatment such as mosquito spraying. He goes the extra mile and checks up on previous treatments. Matthew provides 6 star service on a 5 star scale! Truly the best!
