Me and my team were working in Greenville removing a large masonry sign base at an apartment complex. We disturbed a fire and nest and I have never seen that many fire ants, we had to abandon the job until we could get someone to assist. I found arkadia pest control and they had Andrew call me, he was polite, informative and went to the site even though it was after 5.. we went back the next morning and no more fire ants! We completed the job and moved on. Arkadia and Andrew were amazing, affordable, and great to work with. They saved the job for us! Thanks Andrew!!

Andrew with Arkadia has provided 5 star service from the start! We are new home owners and this was our first time doing anything with pest control. I knew we wanted to use Arkadia immediately after the first free home inspection. Andrew gave detailed information all about the potential and evident pests, how to help avoid them in the future, and even shared pictures of what he saw. He is obviously an expert in his field and gave us different plan options to fit our needs and budget. I felt like he is truly looking out for our best interests and that of our home. PLUS it’s Eco friendly! What more could you ask for? I would give them an 11/10 if I could!

We have been using Arkadia for about 8 years now at our previous and current home. We initially went with them because even though we want to keep insects out of our home, I don’t want to eradicate them from my surrounding ecosystem. Arkadia takes the right approach and respects the environment; that’s very important to my family and me.

Professional technicians and I’m always so amazed at their composure when dealing with pests. We live out in the country so we have a lot of bugs and mice and they have taken down a few wasp nests for us and they don’t even flinch, meanwhile I run away and hide behind a corner and watch them replace our mouse traps and take down those wasp nests! They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have the monthly subscription and I feel more at peace knowing I can call them and they’ll send someone over to deal with those darn pests! My only complaint is that it is so hard to get in touch with a person when you call them. I always have to leave a voicemail and have someone call me back, and when you’re working 12-hour shifts in the ER, playing phone tag can be a bit frustrating. Otherwise love them!

Arkadia promptly came when scheduled. They fully and effectively treated the wasp nest with 2 visits. Wasps have not returned. Highly recommend.

We have used Arkadia for a long time. They have treated both at our residential and rental properties and office spaces. They are prompt, very professional and very knowledgeable and passionate. They do their work deligently. They are very reasonable and the best thing is they always use safe products around the house and around pets! If you are on their yearly plan, they come anytime you call when you see the problem. Thank you Arkadia!

Arkadia is great. We have been a customer for years. They respond quickly and do what they need to do to solve your pest problems. Gerald did an excellent job finding where the mice were coming in! He was also very professional and nice.

They were so responsive & came over the next day after contacting them. I was so grateful! Andrew(the technician) was very prompt, professional, & friendly! He explained how bugs get in, how to keep them away & why they are the places they are. They only use GREEN products & that made me feel very comfortable because my 1&1/2 y/o grandson lives with us & we were concerned about toxic chemicals around. Love this company & will definitely use them in the future!
