I have never needed to use the services of Ed Milberger Pest Control; However I feel like it is mildly humorous to leave a negative review when they actually did nothing wrong with the intention of making their stars lower. Thank you.

I have used them for 5 years, the service guys were always great, however, I recently noticed they haven’t been out in awhile and I hadn’t received postcard reminders or a phone call to schedule my maintenance program. I called them twice, left a message first time and no response, when i called back a second time they said they can come out, but now i have to pay a new customer first time fee. Didn’t know that failure to get ahold of me and schedule would be my fault and that they would charge me the fee. Guess time to find a new company.

Service men made my family feel uncomfortable at door He WASTED my time to refuse to do a services I not only had to wait weeks for but they refused because I requested specific areas. We followed the rules on pointless piece of paper they handed Not worth the price they are double thee amount I found another service company for half the price and better product. They have done way better job than milberger I will not be recommending this company to anyone I have used and recommended their services for 8years until my recent encounter too far NEVER AGAIN !

I have been using Milberger Pest Control for years. They have been the only pest control professionals to service my home and property. They are located very close to my home and when we bought this house I wanted to help support local business. The technicians and office staff are incredibly reliable, always pleasant and they have such reasonable prices, it’s an easy choice for me. We noticed a termite issue in our first home and immediately contacted Milberger. They came out within about 2 days and did a full inspection, discussed options for treatment and gave advice on the best treatment for my particular property and problem. Every time they come to check to the bait system they are friendly and efficient. And ever since I got the foundation treated this year, we have had no issues with the typical household pests, namely ants. They offer excellent service with terrific results and most of all, they stand by their service and products. Plus the treatment they did inside and outside of the home was pet friendly, a must for us because we have five animals. I have recommended them to everyone I can when someone mentions an issue. They will continue to be my go to company for these things if any more issues ever come up and to continue to maintain the work they’ve already done for us.

We have been using Milberger for several years and have been very happy with their services. They come out twice a year and monitor our termite traps. They have also done ant and bug treatments. Their technicians are courteous and they have very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend them if you need a pest treatment for your home.

I have doing business with this company over 15 yrs. I’m an older single woman. All the people that have came out has NEVER made me feel uncomfortable. They always come out on time and they are reasonable priced. Even when I had the dirty neighbor from hell this company kept me free of bugs. I would refer this company to anyone.
