Prompt service provided and Paul was very cordial and grate sense of humor as he removed 3 baby racoons from attic. He took his time to assess the issue. Lauren provided great customer service when I called to set the appointment

I found myself calling numerous companies around 7pm on a weekday for a pest issue that showed up out of no where. No one answered and then I got a call back from Paul and he was the answer to our problem! I was in such a panic and there was no immediate availability but Paul made sure to make time to come to our home first thing the next morning. With a toddler at home, having someone attend to the issue asap was priority. He educated us and created a plan for us on what to do. I am SO thankful. He truly went above and beyond. We also planned for a mosquito spray and i can’t even believe what a difference it has made. His office follows up promptly and makes sure we are aware when a tech is on their way. Honestly keep this company in your contact list, I know I am. Thanks again Paul and the Gaia team!

Gaia pest has been treating our house for squirrels and household pests during the year. They have been outstanding. Paul has come numerous times and is courteous and professional. He is gone above and beyond. Response time is immediate. I highly recommend Gaia: Can’t go wrong. I want to just add another few words. We called again about a noise in our ceiling, Response time was immediate again! Paul checked everything out went through the house and offered a suggestion and will check back in a few days. Very professional, and courteous. Can’t get that service anywhere else.

I had to deal with this company several times and all times have been successful. When I moved in a new apartment and when I had visitors. They call and come right away and they call to follow up. They are amazing. Your buck stops with GAIA!!!!
