I have been using Pestmed services since early 2022 for ants in my home and have been very happy with the results. We had pretty bad ant problem in June 2022 after moving into a new home. I had tried various off the shelf sprays and bait traps but no luck. Learnt about Pestmed through google search and after going through their customer reviews and took the chance. Results were excellent, we literally went from not being able to keep food/fruits on island even for an hour due to ants to being able to food/fruits kept in open for days without worrying. To be safe, we do use their service every 6 months as we also have small patio with garden as well our home is adjoining other homes thus eventually after a period of 6-7 months we do start seeing ants slowly trying to creep in. Overall staff is very responsive and clearly communicates on the day of pest control via text so you can plan accordingly and are not left hanging. Even though I may have used their service 5-6 times, we only had issue once post service and Pestmed was quick to schedule and do a complimentary pest control in the infected area within 30 days of service.

highly recommend Pestmed! I have had to use them over the years for different infestations (i.e. cockroach and rats….yuck!). Michael and his crew have integrity and follow up whenever we have needed additional support for surprise pests after an initial clearing. They got rid of our cockroaches years ago, which we haven’t had issues with since and more recently are helping us with a rat infestation. They are timely and responsive with follow up and very knowledgeable. Thank you PestMed!

We have called pest med three times in past year and half, first for pantry moths, then ants and finally rats. The business is very professional, they are prompt, explain everything well, give a guarantee of their services and do an excellent job. Highly recommend to anyone!

As in the past, Joshua arrived promptly, outlined his treatment plan and homeowner expectations, and got right on to the job of spraying the perimeter of the house for ants. He was both courteous and a good communicator. We often recommend Pest Med to our friends.

By the time we called PestMed, we’d gotten to know our local ant colony really well, up close, and personal. So when we heard that it wasn’t just a spray-outside-and-done job, we recognized that our PestMed specialist knew his stuff! Even though we’d been hoping not to have to spray inside, we knew he was right when he said the ants would just try to relocate their colony inside our house! The treatment was as effective as promised, and we were really glad we chose PestMed to work with.

We had a “scare” concerning cockroaches that may have come via internet packaging (we have never seen a cockroach in the 28 years we have lived here but have been buying snacks via the internet since the pandemic started). Josh came out and verified the type of roach we had and discussed our options. Since we had only seen two of the bugs in the house in over the past two weeks, he said it may be a minor infestation. He came to the house on time, masked, and very professional. He instructed us on what we needed to do and he did what he needed to do as far as bait and the like. After a few weeks he believed that it was most likely done but we had him come out one more time. We have since had him do the outside foundation spraying to make sure ants don’t move in with the dry conditions. We were really pleased with the work Josh did for us.

We had an ant invasion in our house and called PestMed to help. Because of Covid19 concerns we wanted them to spray outside but not inside. We’ve had that treatment from PestMed before and it worked well for us. They sprayed around the outside of the house and we continued to see ants for two weeks. We called them about this and they said they would come by to spray again at no charge. This seemed like good customer service and we were happy. However when they arrived the next morning, they refused to spray because “they already did that” and instead tried to upsell us on an inside treatment which we’d already told them we did not want. So that seemingly good customer service was actually a sales call? It’s been over a month and we still have ants in our house. Edit 9/12: PestMed contacted me after my initial review and to their credit they tried to make things right. Someone came out and resprayed. The results weren’t very effective. We still have ants in our house. But I do appreciate their response and, as I noted, they’re treatment did work for us in the past. So overall I’d give them 3.5* with the caveat that your mileage my vary.
