Jessica was on time, friendly yet professional, and thoroughly explained the process and what to expect in the future. We have a new build and feel confident that we won’t have to worry about encountering any unwanted visitors. We don’t have to be onsite unless we request to have the indoors sprayed at no additional cost. If needed, they will come out in-between scheduled sprays at no additional cost as well. We have peace of mind knowing our property is well taken care of without any hassles or inconveniences on our part. So for the quarterly price, we can confidently say it’s worth it.

First the exterminator that came stated she “I am not your regular person”. I honestly didn’t need to know that. I am starting to think it meant I won’t be doing a good job. Because SHE DIDNT AT ALL! I AM VERY UPSET THERE ARE STILL BUGS AROUND. I noticed she went to damn fast in the 1st place. I had a maid with me in my home so I couldn’t follow her around. She took advantage of that PERIOD.
