Rocket acquired Action pest control. Since the take over it has been a nightmare. They tried to raise the price of my contract they took over from Action without telling me. When I discovered the increase I refused service. They have tried billing for services not rendered (three different prices). And have even tried billing a credit card I had previously used with Action. Shady. Frustrating. Dishonest.

Wes was great! He was thorough and really tried to get to the root of my issue. He explained everything as he went, gave me some pointers and was really sweet with my kids. Couldn’t be happier with my service and hope to get him as our technician in the future.

Having been with Action Pest Control for 12+ years, once Rocket Pest Control bought out Action, I began to have scheduling issues. Most recently, with NO PRIOR NOTICE, by service today went up over 20%. When I called to inquire about the unannounced price increase, I was told that the service contract does not require Rocket to provide prior notice to any price increase. I just canceled my service! Go local. Support local. Stay local.

You recently purchased Otho’s Pest Control in Asheboro. Well the first thing you did was eliminate the lawn cutting services mid year. You have insulted your customers. This is a close town and word will spread quickly. My 81 year old neighbor now has to try to find a service mid-summer. I did a lot of business with Greg and Earl and they were outstanding and really helped the community. You aren’t starting out well my friends.

addressed to Kamerin Koehler Area sales Manager. I am one of Rocket’s clients in Matthews. I am having a lot a of trouble with my services from the branch. You stood on my front porch and promised a lot of good things. Well not much of that has happened????? I have had not quarterly service in 4 months. The 12 month squirrel eradication program I paid an extreme amount of money for service that ended before 2 months were over. I get automated phone calls from your company saying a tech will be here a certain day at a time range between 8 am and 4 pm so if I need something done inside I HAVE TO STAY HOME ALL DAY??? but no-one showed up anyway….. Not sure what I am paying for but I keep getting charged. I have bugs all over my outside and inside spiders and mosquitos etc…. What are you going to do to fix this now?????

They have done a nice job servicing our yard and house for bugs, ants, and spiders. Anytime we see an uptick in bugs/ants, we call and they come out quickly to help. Just added mosquitoes service hoping this helps keep them away.
