We had a significant Iguana problem. They were eating plants, digging holes under the patio and pooping all over the patio, driveway, etc. 1. We called a couple companies but they seemed like all they wanted was a quick $200 for a single visit over a couple hours. 2. We called Iguana Exterminators, and Jon B called us back and it was a different vibe – he walked around our property one evening and shined a high-powered light into trees and we could see a dozen iguanas sleeping! 3. Jon described a PLAN based on the trees and massive shrubs around our house and it exposed exactly how bad out infestation was. Over two weeks almost 50 large adult Iguanas were trapped / removed. He gave us pictures and a count of all he trapped or removed at each visit and indicated where we could prune the tree / bush where they were hiding. We had our landscape service do that. 4. After this “phase 1” Jon recommended a simple monthly program based on our yard with a specific purpose to stay ahead of the “families” of iguanas as they reproduce. It has made a huge difference. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JON B AND IGUANA EXTERMINATORS!!

I run a business in downtown Fort Lauderdale and have been dealing with pesky iguanas for months. I’m SO glad we found Jon to take care of our iguana issue! Great service! Jon came and was able to humanely kill 2 iguanas that were camped out on my roof. Clean, efficient. Would highly recommend him and will definitely use him if needed in the future!
