Amazing service, great communication. Friendly, went out of thwir way to make things hapoen for me as I was working in a time constraint ant the home that needed inspecting was out of the way. They worked seemlesly with the home inspector too so everyone could be there when my realtor and I too who was furiosly trying to get transportation to the house could be there. They took payment afterward once I flew back over the phone, and sent me a receipt. I would more than easily recommend them to anyone that needs a quality and frank CL100/PEST Inspection of their premises and plan for how to go forward afterwards. They were affordable too. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Theyre based in Florence but have serviced as far as Columbia, Chesterfield, Myrtle Beach and well past that you’ll have to ask. But this should start to give you an idea. You’d be remiss to not consider them. They are also well conected too with inspectors.

I use Bryan Stone through my job as a real estate agent – he provides inspections as well as treatments and repairs as necessary for my buyers and sellers – and we have always been satisfied with the work!
