Prices are fair but billing is an absolute disaster consistently. They keep pest appointments and hardly cancel, but also hardly ever show up in the time frame given on the appointment day. The weed service is also a mess for scheduling; between the emails, texts, and front office there are a lot of miscommunications. Would move to someone else if there was anyone that could compare with Atomic’s price point. If you can afford someone else, find someone else.

Brenden from Atomic Pest control, did our service today. He is very knowledgeable of the different critters and pest of the Flagstaff and surrounding area, very polite, punctual and accommodating. We are very pleased with his service.

I have been using Atomic Pest for several years now and have always been happy with their service. Today technician Austin came out to spray for ants and he did an excellent job! He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions and was respectful of my home and space. He was pleasant, friendly and professional. Could NOT have had a better experience! No one wants pest issues, but if you have them, it’s nice to know the person coming out to handle it is respectful and kind. (Oh, and in my account it is noted to please call first so I can secure my dogs. He did that beforehand and I always appreciate that!) When I called the office to let them know my experience I spoke with a lovely woman named Diane. She was so happy to hear it went well and explained how important it is to her that the technicians work the way Austin did. To be the kind of tech she would like at her own home. And you can tell that’s the case. Personally, that is VERY important to me and I’m thankful Atomic Pest keeps that in mind; so many similar businesses don’t. Well done!!

Brendan was super sweet and professional! He was patient with us as we needed to secure our dog. He offered suggestions of how to keep our pets safe while the spray was drying. Really liked him. Would want him back!

I haven’t used their services but I just had one of their employees pass me in their work truck going over 70 mph on FH3/ Lake Mary road, in a no passing zone, around a blind corner. Apparently they were in a hurry after being held up from the construction going on around Mormon Lake. 04/09/2023

Austin does a great job but I miss Brian’s jokes. I know this is out of Austin’s area of responsibility but I would like a phone call one week before service so I can have everything ready here for him giving me an email a month or more before doesn’t really help me. But his service is excellent and I really enjoy working with him.
